HACCP TRACE is divided into 10 main functions:
- Summary
- Suppliers
- Inbound lots
- Checks
- Foods
- Customers
- Outbound lots
- Packages
- Sales
- Traceability
The system is based on the typical working flow of foodstuffs, as described below.
Some supplier supplies one or more raw materials in the form of lots.
These lots must be checked at the entrance to verify their compliance with what
the supplier has stated. Once you have stocked raw materials, you can sell them
without changing them or work them to produce other foods. In either case, before
you can sell something, you need to have the data of at least one customer to
whom selling the goods and you need to divide the food into lots
(each consisting of a certain amount of a particular food).
Once a lot is sold, the cycle is complete and the system can connect each
inbound food to each outbound food and vice versa.
This working flow is represented in 10 functions that you can find on the left of the system.
Below are the various icons with a brief description of the associated functionality.
